Live The Life You're Made For — Program Policies

Questions? We're here. Reach us anytime at Support@derekrydall.com

Our Promise to You

You have 30 days from date of purchase to dive in completely — explore everything inside the portal, go through the modules, unlock the bonuses, show up on the live calls, get coached, get supported, ask your real questions. Let the work meet you where you are.

If after that you can honestly say you showed up, did the work, and don't feel the transformation beginning — simply email Support@derekrydall.com and we'll refund every penny. No guilt. No interrogation. No hard feelings.

We honor your path. And we're confident enough in this work to let you experience it fully before you decide.

Refund requests received after the 30-day window cannot be honored, so please don't wait if you have concerns — reach out early and we'll take care of you.

A Few Important Details

This isn't a subscription — it's a full program commitment. Choosing to step away after the refund window closes doesn't release you from your financial agreement. If you have concerns before that happens, please reach out early. We'd always rather talk it through.

Refund eligibility requires:

• Your request arrives within the 30-day window
• Any outstanding payments on your account are current

If you have a balance due, contact us right away at Support@derekrydall.com and we'll help you sort it out before the window closes.

Refunds are not available to participants who:

• Have requested refunds on 50% or more of their purchases across our programs, or on consecutive programs
• Have initiated a payment dispute (chargeback) through their bank or payment processor — doing so supersedes this policy entirely

We trust you. These boundaries exist for the health of the whole community.

A Grounded Reminder

This program is a powerful catalyst — and it is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance. You are responsible for the choices you make and the information you choose to share in a group setting.

Results vary. What's consistent is the depth of what becomes possible when you bring your full commitment. Your experience will be shaped by your engagement, your openness, and your willingness to do the inner work.

We believe in what's possible for you. That's why we're here.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
